MarketFully has acquired Social Element, a global social media agency, to expand its multilingual content marketing capabilities across social platforms and branded communities. The deal advances MarketFully’s strategy to scale its AI-powered InContent Marketing offering beyond multilingual web content and into social engagement, fan communities, and global discoverability.
The acquisition positions MarketFully to offer integrated multilingual content solutions across both web and social environments, supported by the company’s continued investment in AI-driven transcreation via MarketFully.AI. Existing Social Element clients will also gain access to the MF.AI platform to improve content efficiency and global scale.
The transaction follows MarketFully’s year-long effort to unify capabilities across its portfolio, including MotionPoint’s web localization platform and Key Content’s multilingual content services. By adding Social Element, the company aims to lead the market in delivering culturally relevant digital content that resonates across geographies and communities.
Social Element, which delivers social strategy, creative, influencer management, fan engagement, and brand safety services, will maintain its leadership structure. Founder Tamara Littleton will remain an advisor, while Ashley Cooksley will continue as CEO. Linn Frost will serve as Chief Growth & Innovation Officer, and Wendy Christie as Chief People Officer.
