Modi will be based at the company’s headquarters in Pune, India.
He brings nearly 15 years of experience spanning Big Four advisory, entrepreneurship, and finance leadership at high-growth, investor-backed companies.
His experience includes fundraising, M&A, IPO readiness, profitability initiatives, financial controls, governance, and business finance.
MarketsandMarkets said Modi has led fundraising processes, executed multimillion-dollar acquisitions, and helped build IPO readiness programs.
He has also worked with startups to establish finance functions and systems designed for larger-scale operations.
Modi is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, licensed U.S. CPA, and holds an MBA from EDHEC Business School in France.
