Marksman Titan Security Group has acquired Priebe Security Services, an Austin-based contract security provider, extending Marksman’s presence in Central Texas and adding more than 450 employees to its operations. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Marksman said the deal strengthens its ability to deliver “technology-enabled solutions” and a broader menu of security services across Texas, while maintaining the local customer relationships that have defined Priebe’s reputation in the Austin market. The combined organization will continue to offer manned guarding and mobile patrol services, alongside Marksman Titan’s wider capabilities in security consulting and electronic security systems integration.
The acquisition aligns with Marksman Titan’s stated M&A approach of buying firms that share its service standards and culture, according to company leadership. Priebe’s founder said the transaction will provide additional resources and capabilities for clients while preserving the company’s existing culture and client relationships.
Marksman Titan Security Group is backed by middle-market private equity firm Quad-C, which focuses on services and industrials investments.
