Mars announced the appointment of Kemal Cetin as Global Chief Digital & Information Officer for its Snacking business, effective August 3, 2026. Based in Chicago, Mars Snacking generates approximately $36 billion in annual revenue and includes brands such as SNICKERS, M&M’S, SKITTLES, EXTRA, PRINGLES, CHEEZ-IT, POP-TARTS, and KIND.
Cetin will report to Andrew Clarke, Global President of Mars Snacking, and will serve on both the Mars Snacking Leadership Team and the Mars Digital Technologies Leadership Team. In his new position, he will oversee the company’s digital, data, and technology strategy with a focus on accelerating growth and advancing Mars’ digital capabilities.
Mars said Cetin will help drive the next phase of the company’s digital transformation efforts, enhancing customer and employee experiences while creating new opportunities for innovation. His appointment comes as the company continues integrating the brands acquired through its purchase of Kellanova.
Cetin joins Mars from FrieslandCampina, where he served as Global Business and Digital Solutions Officer and was a member of the executive team. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at several global consumer products companies, including Diageo, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and Whirlpool. Over the course of nearly three decades, he has built experience leading digital technology initiatives and business transformation programs across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe.
