Massumi + Consoli Launches ElevenHundred+ With Financial Sponsor And Appoints Shon Glusky Chief Strategy Officer

Massumi + Consoli has launched ElevenHundred+, a management services organization backed by an undisclosed financial sponsor, to support its continued expansion and investment in technology and operational infrastructure. The law firm also appointed Shon Glusky as a partner and Chief Strategy Officer in its New York office.

The new organization will develop and operate the business infrastructure supporting Massumi + Consoli while allowing the firm’s attorneys to maintain control over legal representation and professional judgment.

ElevenHundred+ will invest in technologies and systems intended to support the law firm’s operations, including artificial intelligence, workflow automation, knowledge management, and data science.

The initiative is designed to give the firm additional resources to support recruitment, integrate lateral partners, and improve the efficiency of its administrative and operational functions.

Massumi + Consoli focuses on private equity and mergers and acquisitions, particularly transactions involving middle-market businesses and financial sponsors.

The firm reported approximately 40% average annual revenue growth over the past five years, including 60% growth in 2025.

During that period, it expanded its legal team, practice offerings, and office footprint in response to client demand.

ElevenHundred+ will provide a separate platform for additional investments in technology, talent recruitment, and business operations.

The management services organization has received a strategic investment from a financial sponsor, although the investor’s identity and the amount invested were not disclosed.

Importantly, the sponsor’s investment is in ElevenHundred+, not Massumi + Consoli itself.

The arrangement has been structured to preserve the law firm’s ownership and professional independence.

Neither the sponsor nor ElevenHundred+ will have authority to direct the professional judgment of the firm’s lawyers, determine which clients the firm represents, control legal strategy, or manage the financial terms of legal engagements.

The management services organization will also be compensated independently of the law firm’s legal fees, revenue, and profits.

Massumi + Consoli said the structure will allow it to pursue substantial investment in technology and infrastructure while preserving its partner-led approach to serving clients.

Alongside the launch, the firm announced Glusky’s arrival as both a private equity M&A partner and Chief Strategy Officer.

He joins after more than 15 years at Sheppard, where he served on the Executive Committee, led the firm’s national Corporate and Securities practice, and held responsibility for firmwide lateral partner recruitment and growth.

Glusky has advised private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and institutional investors on leveraged buyouts, platform acquisitions, add-on transactions, carve-outs, divestitures, and structured investments.

His experience also includes equity and debt financing transactions, growth equity investments, joint ventures, and debt restructurings.

As Chief Strategy Officer, he will work with Massumi + Consoli’s leadership on recruitment, strategic expansion, and the development of its legal practice.

His appointment is the first of several senior hires the firm expects to announce as it expands its platform.

Glusky earned a Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University and a Juris Doctor with distinction from Emory University School of Law.
