Match Group Inc (NASDAQ: MTCH), the company that is known for running several popular dating platforms, hired Ayni Raimondi as its VP of Brand according to Adweek. Ayni Raimondi previously worked as VP of Marketing at Everlane, and a Global Brand Relationships Lead at Airbnb.

At Airbnb, Raimondi spent nearly seven years driving meaningful community impact and drove creative campaigns with significant returns. While working at Everlane, she helped drive transparency and sustainability.

“At this moment when we’re all experiencing so much change, the need for human connection is as apparent now as ever before,” said Raimondi in an interview with Adweek. “We will be pushing the cultural conversation around relationships forward, and I’ll be looking to partner with top strategic and creative talent for diverse executions as we continue to focus on celebrating and supporting singles looking for connection.”

Match Group is celebrating 25 years as a company. And at Match, Raimondi will be overseeing the next phase of the company’s brand with the goal of reaching new audiences by personalizing its products. And under this role, Raimondi is expected to help amplify the company’s goal of helping singles find meaningful connections.

“As the pioneer of the dating space, Match is once again in a unique position to shape the future of dating in light of the changes this past year,” stated Match CMO Ayesha Gilarde.

Match Group runs eight dating services, including Tinder, Hinge, and OkCupid along with Meetic in Europe and Pairs in Japan, Taiwan, and Korea.
