MAVRK Capital: First Close On New Fund Closed To Aid Global Produce Growers

By Amit Chowdhry • Aug 6, 2025

MAVRK Capital has announced the first close of its second fund, which is aimed at international produce growers. This new capital will enable the firm to unlock the global private credit market for perishable agricultural products.

The fund’s primary strategy is to purchase and finance produce-related receivables directly. This provides crucial liquidity to growers, distributors, and retailers across the United States, Latin America, and South America. MAVRK also works to connect these top-tier growers with major U.S. retail buyers.

The investment was anchored by Valley Strong Ventures and supported by several family offices. In addition to the fund, MAVRK has also secured several hundred million in financing commitments from leading providers to support future growth.

Performance Trust Capital Partners served as advisor.
