McDermott Will & Schulte announced the addition of Jessica Lee as a litigation partner in London, strengthening the firm’s capabilities in complex commercial disputes, civil fraud, asset recovery, and digital asset litigation.
Lee advises corporations and individuals on high-value matters involving shareholder disputes, regulatory issues, and cross-border investigations. She has significant experience handling matters involving the U.S. Department of Justice and the UK Serious Fraud Office.
A notable aspect of her practice is her work in cryptocurrency and blockchain-related disputes. Her experience includes crypto asset fraud and recovery actions, exchange insolvencies, and decentralized finance matters. McDermott said her arrival reflects the firm’s continued investment in areas where technology, financial services, and litigation intersect.
Lee’s addition further expands the firm’s London litigation team and complements capabilities across crypto, asset recovery, and restructuring matters. The move follows the recent arrivals of partners Hilton Mervis and Milo Molfa as McDermott continues to build out its disputes practice in London.
