Meadow Partners, an institutional middle-market real estate private equity investor, announced that the firm raised $530 million of new capital commitments for its sixth flagship fund Meadow Real Estate Fund VI LP and dedicated co-investment vehicles.

The new capital was committed by a diverse base of new investors and longtime partners, including public pension plans and university endowments.

Fund VI, the sixth opportunistic vehicle in Meadow’s 15-year history, builds on Meadow’s ability to source and execute investments in opportunistic residential, industrial, and retail real estate as well as preferred equity and distressed debt in New York City and London and selectively in other major U.S. and U.K. markets.

Meadow Partners takes a granular approach to targeting individual assets, owners, and lenders to source unique opportunities to invest capital in highly liquid markets. So far, Fund VI has committed $95 million of equity in 10 investments.

Since being founded in 2009, Meadow has invested over $2.8 billion in equity through its opportunistic fund series.
