Mech-Mind Robotics Lists In Hong Kong At HK$12.71 Billion Valuation As Deployments Top 29,000 Units

Mech-Mind Robotics has listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at a market capitalization of approximately HK$12.71 billion, marking another major public-market milestone for the rapidly expanding physical AI sector.

The company priced its shares at HK$101.70 and trades under ticker 09615.

Qiming Venture Partners, which invested exclusively in Mech-Mind’s Series A+ financing in early 2019, held approximately 7.38% of the company before the IPO. The listing marks Qiming’s tenth portfolio company IPO of 2026.

Founded in 2016, Mech-Mind develops standardized intelligent components used to give robots perception, decision-making and manipulation capabilities.

Rather than manufacturing full robotic systems, its product stack includes Mech-Eye industrial 3D cameras, Mech-GPT multimodal embodied AI models and Mech-Hand dexterous robotic hands.

The company characterizes the architecture as an “Eye-Brain-Hand” approach to physical AI.

As of June 15, 2026, Mech-Mind had deployed more than 29,000 products globally.

Those systems had been used in over 50 application scenarios across dozens of industries, handled more than 100,000 categories of goods and served more than 100 Fortune Global 500 customers, including CATL, BYD, Midea and Foxconn.

Based on 2025 revenue, the company estimates that it holds approximately 22.1% of the global market for AI plus 3D vision-guided general intelligent robot components.

By shipments, its estimated global market share exceeds 27%, which the company says is larger than the combined market share of the next four competitors.

The IPO provides a public-market benchmark for the commercialization of physical AI as manufacturers increasingly deploy machine vision, embodied models and robotic manipulation in industrial workflows.
