Med-Metrix, a technology-enabled provider of end-to-end revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire CanAide, a provider of Medicaid eligibility and enrollment services and RCM automation solutions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, and the deal remains subject to customary closing conditions.
The acquisition represents Med-Metrix’s continued investment in building a fully integrated revenue cycle platform and expanding its front-end capabilities to improve patient access and early-stage financial engagement. By adding CanAide, the company expects to enhance its ability to identify coverage opportunities, including Medicaid eligibility, improve affordability pathways, and increase net revenue yield for health system clients.
CanAide specializes in helping healthcare providers and patients navigate eligibility determination, enrollment support, and financial clearance processes. Its technology-enabled services and data-driven workflows are designed to improve reimbursement outcomes while creating a more seamless patient financial experience.
CanAide’s cloud-based automation solutions also reduce administrative burdens and improve process accuracy across the revenue cycle. Med-Metrix expects the addition of these capabilities to strengthen operational and financial performance for its customers.
