MedSetGo, a healthcare technology company using artificial intelligence to modernize patient care transitions, has announced the successful close of its oversubscribed seed funding round. The company raised $2.4 million, surpassing its original target by 20 percent. The round was led by TurboStart, with additional participation from Gold House Ventures—an investor that also supported MedSetGo’s pre-seed round—along with several high-profile angel investors.
Patient care transitions are often one of the most challenging aspects of healthcare. Miscommunication, incomplete information, and delays can result in poor outcomes, increased costs, and unnecessary stress for patients and their families. MedSetGo is addressing these issues by applying AI to streamline the process, ensuring that critical information is shared accurately and efficiently across providers. By doing so, the company hopes to reduce errors, improve patient experiences, and help healthcare systems operate more effectively.
How the funding will be used: The funding will be used to accelerate the development of MedSetGo’s platform and to expand its team, particularly in engineering, data science, and commercialization. These investments aim to strengthen the company’s ability to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the way patients transition between different stages of care, such as from hospitals to rehabilitation centers or from primary care to specialized treatment.
