Meduloc Raises $4 Million Series B Led By GenHenn Capital

Meduloc has raised $4 million in Series B funding to support the controlled commercialization of its FDA-cleared fracture fixation platform. GenHenn Capital led the financing, with participation from Life Sciences Greenhouse Investments, Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Broad Street Angels, former Major League Baseball All-Star Andre Ethier, and additional existing and new investors.

The funding will support Meduloc’s controlled alpha launch, continued collection of clinical evidence, and development of the commercial infrastructure needed to expand availability of its technology to more surgeons and patients.

Meduloc’s sterile, single-use system uses a flexible nitinol intramedullary implant designed to stabilize fractures while preserving anatomy and avoiding joint violation in certain procedures.

The FDA-cleared platform can be used across multiple upper- and lower-extremity long-bone fracture applications in both adult and pediatric patients.

Meduloc plans to work with a select group of orthopedic surgeons and institutions during its controlled launch to develop additional clinical experience, gather surgeon feedback, and prepare for broader commercial expansion.
