Megaport has secured approximately A$1 billion in new AI infrastructure contracts as the network and computing company continues expanding its AI infrastructure business.

Since April, the company has announced approximately A$2.3 billion in total strategic contract value.

Combined with Megaport’s existing business, the contracts are expected to support approximately A$1.1 billion in pro forma Group annual recurring revenue once deployed.

More than 85% of pro forma ARR is expected to come from North America.

Megaport reported pro forma liquidity of A$362.2 million. Network net revenue retention reached 116%, increasing six percentage points from the prior corresponding period.

Network ARR reached A$302.6 million, representing growth of 29% from the prior corresponding period.

Compute ARR increased to A$201.4 million, representing growth of 90% since June 30, 2026, and 227% since the acquisition of the business.

Customers have committed approximately A$323 million in prepayments related to the contracts, supporting infrastructure investments required for future deployments.

The company is also broadening its customer base, replenishing its GPU pool and expanding its AI inference platform.

Megaport raised its fiscal 2027 revenue outlook to between A$720 million and A$810 million, compared with its previous guidance of A$620 million to A$730 million.

The company also raised its expected EBITDA margin to between 42% and 44%, up from its prior range of 38% to 40%.
