Megaport Limited announced it has agreed to acquire Latitude.sh, a global provider of high-performance Compute-as-a-Service infrastructure. Megaport, a leading Network-as-a-Service provider, will combine its private high-speed connectivity fabric with Latitude.sh’s compute platform to create a unified global service for deploying and interconnecting critical workloads. The combined platform will support high-performance enterprise applications and the growing demand for artificial intelligence workloads.
Upon completion of the acquisition, enterprises will gain the ability to deploy compute and integrate it with private networking across more than 1,000 data centers in 26 countries. Megaport expects this integration to support workloads that require rapid scaling, resilient global availability, and low-latency interconnection with cloud providers and private environments.
Latitude.sh offers a compute platform that delivers dedicated CPU and GPU infrastructure on demand, supporting cloud-native applications, SaaS platforms, blockchain networks, gaming services, adtech platforms, and streaming applications. The company currently operates in 20 markets across 10 countries, serving more than 1,150 customers and managing a fleet of over 7,700 servers along with dedicated NVIDIA-powered clusters that support inference, fine-tuning, and training AI workloads.
By integrating Latitude.sh into Megaport’s global private network, enterprises will gain a streamlined path for scaling both compute and interconnection. This model consolidates provisioning processes for network access and compute deployment, allowing users to spin up workloads and integrate them directly with partners, service providers, and cloud platforms.
The companies note that the combined offering will have relevance not only for traditional hybrid and distributed enterprise environments but also for emerging AI-driven workloads where data locality, private connectivity, and scalable GPU infrastructure are critical.
The acquisition is expected to close on or before December 31, 2025, pending regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
Megaport continues to operate a global platform for building secure and scalable private connectivity solutions across cloud and data center environments. The company partners with service providers and technology integrators and maintains ISO/IEC 27001 certification.
