Mendo announced that it has raised €12 million in Series A funding in a round led by Educapital, Ventech, TOMCAT, and OVNI Capital.
The company said the new funding will support its mission of helping enterprises achieve measurable and human-centered adoption of generative AI technologies at scale. Mendo believes that the primary challenge facing enterprise AI initiatives is not technological capability, but rather successful adoption and integration into daily workflows.
According to the company, approximately 70% of AI projects fail to reach full deployment. Mendo aims to address this gap by enabling organizations to translate AI investments into real usage, return on investment, and successful agentic AI transformation.
The company noted that the widening gap between AI capabilities and practical enterprise use is becoming more pronounced, particularly with the emergence of agentic AI technologies, which introduce additional complexity for organizations and teams.
Mendo’s platform is currently being used by more than 100 large organizations, including PwC, Novo Nordisk, and Groupe Crédit Agricole. The company said nearly 100,000 employees across Europe are using its platform to support generative AI adoption directly within their workflows.
Founded to help enterprises drive successful AI implementation, Mendo focuses on increasing usage and delivering measurable business outcomes from AI initiatives.
