Mercer Global Advisors, operating as Mercer Advisors, a national registered investment adviser, has appointed Abby Salameh and Chris Walters as Managing Partners to oversee key growth markets as the firm continues expanding its fiduciary family office platform across the U.S.
Salameh will lead the New Jersey and Greater Philadelphia markets, while Walters will oversee the San Diego market. The appointments bring the firm’s total number of managing partners to 21 across more than 40 markets nationwide.
Managing Partners at Mercer Advisors operate as CEOs of their respective markets. They are responsible for delivering client service, driving growth, developing talent and maintaining the firm’s team-oriented culture. The model is designed to combine local boutique delivery with the centralized capabilities of a national platform, including investment management, financial planning, tax and estate specialists, and operational infrastructure.

Salameh brings experience from senior leadership roles at Hightower Advisors, CAIS, and RFG Advisory, where she most recently served as Chief Growth Officer. She began her career as a financial advisor and has focused on helping advisory firms grow, expand access to institutional-grade investment solutions, and build collaborative cultures. In her new role, she will work in markets where she has longstanding community ties.
Walters joins Mercer Advisors with more than three decades of experience in wealth management. He most recently served as Chief Advisory Officer at Savant Wealth Management, where he led advisory operations during a period of significant organic and inorganic expansion. He also founded Lighthouse Wealth Advisory Group, LLC, advising wealth management firms and private equity sponsors on growth and integration strategies. At Mercer Advisors, he will focus on accelerating growth and strengthening the firm’s presence in San Diego.
