MES Life Safety has acquired the assets of PRO-CO, expanding its industrial safety platform with additional instrumentation and process-control capabilities.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Winter Springs, Florida-based PRO-CO provides industrial safety, instrumentation and process-control products and services.
The acquisition is intended to broaden the portfolio of safety solutions available to MES customers while adding technical expertise and local customer support.
MES provides safety and emergency-response equipment and services to organizations operating in environments where worker protection and operational reliability are critical.
PRO-CO’s existing customer relationships and technical capabilities will become part of that broader platform.
MES plans to work with PRO-CO’s team to maintain continuity for customers, suppliers and employees during the transition.
The company sees the transaction as part of its continued expansion in the industrial safety market and an opportunity to provide PRO-CO customers with access to a wider range of products and capabilities.
