Meshy Surpasses $100 Million In ARR After Raising Nearly $400 Million At $1.5 Billion Valuation

Meshy surpassed $100 million in annual recurring revenue, up approximately 100-fold from $1 million in less than two years.

The milestone follows Meshy’s nearly $400 million Series B financing in July 2026 at a $1.5 billion valuation.

Meshy said the financing was the largest funding round to date for an AI 3D company.

The company now serves more than 15 million registered users and over 3,000 companies and educational institutions worldwide.

Users have generated more than 100 million 3D models through the platform.

Meshy said half of the world’s 10 most valuable companies by market capitalization or private valuation are customers.

Approximately 200 Fortune Global 500 companies also use the platform.

Meshy develops multimodal foundation models that generate production-ready 3D assets from text and images.

The company’s technology is used for gaming, film, education, and 3D printing.

Meshy recently released Meshy 7.1, which supports Ultra 4K geometry generation.

The company also open-sourced its alignment benchmark suite for image-to-3D generation.

Alongside the ARR milestone, Meshy launched official iOS and Android applications powered by Meshy 7.

The mobile app enables users to convert photos, sketches, and text into textured 3D models while providing printability checks, AI repair, augmented reality previews, and exports in formats including STL, GLB, FBX, OBJ, USDZ, and 3MF.

Meshy was founded by Ethan Hu, who holds a Ph.D. from MIT.
