By Amit Chowdhry • Feb 19, 2026

MHC, a provider of intelligent document and payment automation SaaS solutions, has appointed Chris Hartigan as Chief Executive Officer, effective February 17, 2026, as the company looks to accelerate its next phase of growth.

Hartigan brings extensive leadership experience across Customer Communications Management, accounts payable automation, and enterprise software at a global scale. Prior to joining MHC, he held senior leadership roles at Quadient, a global automation platform focused on secure and sustainable business connections across digital and physical channels. During his tenure, Hartigan led Quadient’s global software business through a period of transformative growth, driving expansion across markets, scaling product innovation, and broadening international operations in CCM and AP automation—areas that align closely with MHC’s strategic priorities.

MHC has built its reputation as a provider of mission-critical software serving customers in highly regulated industries worldwide. The company cites a long-standing customer base, extensive partner relationships, and a focus on reliability and innovation as key strengths underpinning its growth.

Recent milestones include the launch of MHC NorthStar, its next-generation multi-tenant SaaS platform, and the introduction of MHC Payments Plus, which features Paymode embedded through a partnership with Bottomline. These initiatives are aimed at reinforcing MHC’s technology leadership and strengthening its market position in document automation and accounts payable solutions.

With Hartigan at the helm, MHC plans to build on its existing foundation to expand its footprint across the markets it serves while continuing to deliver value and innovation to customers, partners, and stakeholders.
