Mia Labs, the company behind an AI-powered conversational platform designed specifically for automotive dealerships, has raised a $20 million Series A round to accelerate product development, expand its team, and scale deployments across the U.S. The financing brings the company’s total capital raised to $29 million.
The Series A was led by Permanent Capital Ventures, with Norwest participating alongside existing investors Eniac Ventures, Vine Ventures, Analog Ventures (formerly J Ventures), and Logos Fund. The round also included strategic automotive investors and industry leaders, including Yossi Levi, the founder of Car Dealership Guy.
Mia Labs positions its platform, Mia, as an AI-native system that handles dealership customer communications end-to-end, including phone calls and digital conversations, to convert inbound interactions into revenue-generating appointments. The company says it is designed to replace a patchwork of dealership tools and services, such as traditional call centers, IVR systems, and standalone chatbots, by operating as a unified conversational layer across departments, including sales, service, and reception.
In 2025, Mia Labs said it expanded to support more than 350 franchise dealerships nationwide. Over that period, the company reported enabling more than $45 million in dealership revenue tied to AI-booked appointments and saving more than 1.5 million human hours through automated customer conversations. The company also said it has powered more than 1 million customer conversations and booked more than 130,000 sales and service appointments.
Mia Labs framed the raise as a validation of an “AI super employee” concept tailored to dealership workflows, emphasizing continuous improvement and operational familiarity with retail automotive environments. The company highlighted its team’s domain experience across dealership operations, OEMs, automotive software, and frontline retail roles, arguing that this operational context helps the platform perform in real dealership conditions rather than in generic customer service scenarios.
The new capital will be used to accelerate product innovation and support continued headcount growth as the company expands its footprint. Mia Labs said it has grown to more than 50 employees since early 2025 and plans to continue building across engineering, sales, and customer success.
The company also plans to use the funding and heightened visibility from the raise to further engage dealerships and partners at NADA 2026 in Las Vegas, where it intends to unveil new product updates. Mia Labs said it will exhibit at booth #6568N.
Founded in 2023, Mia Labs notes its platform as a 24/7/365 AI system built to answer calls, engage customers in natural, human-like conversations, and convert those interactions into appointment and revenue opportunities. The company also said the platform integrates directly with dealership systems, supports multiple languages, and is customizable for different dealership functions.
