Milbank added Jarrett Doe as a partner in its Global Project, Energy & Infrastructure Finance Group in Chicago, continuing the firm’s expansion in energy and infrastructure finance.
Doe joins Milbank from White & Case and advises clients across leveraged finance, acquisition finance, asset-based finance, structured credit, and project finance transactions.
His practice includes representing financial institutions and sponsors in project financings and refinancings, construction financings, term financings, tax equity transactions, tax credit transfers, acquisitions, divestitures, and project development matters.
Milbank said Doe has particular experience advising alternative asset managers and other private capital investors across complex financing structures.
The firm said his arrival strengthens its capabilities as private capital plays a larger role across energy and infrastructure markets.
Doe will work closely with Nadav Klugman, an energy partner who recently joined Milbank’s Chicago office.
Milbank’s Global Project, Energy & Infrastructure Finance Group includes nearly 200 dedicated energy and infrastructure lawyers worldwide.
The firm said the group recently ranked first in Proximo’s H1 2026 Project Finance Legal Advisers League Table, advising on 66 transactions totaling nearly $100 billion and representing a 38% market share.
Doe earned his J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University and his B.S.E. from the University of Michigan.
