Mill Point Capital announced the acquisition of Scribe, a leading manufacturer, decorator, and supplier of promotional products. In connection with the deal, Koozie Group and Garyline, a portfolio company of Mill Point, will combine to create one of the largest and most diversified suppliers of promotional products in North America.
Koozie Group is one of the largest suppliers in the promotional products space and it designs, creates, and produces reliable products and offers services that support and build brand legacies. The portfolio includes 30+ brands across more than 12 product categories like Koozie, KAPSTON, Souvenir, and Triumph, and iconic retail-brand partners like BIC, Coleman, GCI Outdoor, Leatherman, SCX Innovative Design, Shed Rain, Tervis, and Titleist.
