Haz-Mat Environmental Services and Canco, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Chester, South Carolina, respectively, provide a comprehensive range of specialized industrial and waste services. Their offerings include industrial cleaning, hydro-blasting, and full-service waste management, spanning collection, transportation, treatment, and disposal. Both companies serve blue-chip customers across the Southeast and are recognized for their reliability, quality, and safety standards.
The acquisition enhances Miller Environmental Group’s vertically integrated platform by expanding its geographic density and service capabilities in key regional markets. This move follows the company’s recent acquisition of ACE Environmental Services and reflects a broader strategy to scale operations and deepen service offerings across the industrial and environmental services value chain.
Founded in 1971, Miller Environmental Group operates more than 35 locations nationwide and provides services across sectors including power and utilities, transportation, retail, and manufacturing.
