MINISH Technology, a dental health technology company focused on preserving natural tooth structure, announced that it has secured a $22 million investment from VIG Partners, valuing the company at approximately $110 million. The transaction gives VIG a 20% minority stake and represents roughly a threefold increase in valuation since 2023.
The funding comes as MINISH accelerates its global expansion, driven by rising demand for minimally invasive dental treatments that prioritize long-term tooth preservation over traditional procedures.
The company has already trained hundreds of clinicians across Asia, with particularly strong adoption in Japan, and is now preparing to expand into the United States. Its growth reflects a broader shift in dentistry toward biomimetic approaches that aim to replicate and preserve natural enamel rather than remove it.
This trend was highlighted by the company’s 17th Global MINISH Veneers Training Course held in Seoul, where 30 dentists and their lead assistants traveled from Japan to participate in an intensive three-day program. The training emphasized a move away from aggressive veneer techniques toward precision-based, enamel-preserving treatments.
MINISH has developed a full-stack clinical ecosystem that combines ultra-thin 0.1mm precision fabrication, proprietary dental materials, and structured clinical education. This integrated approach enables clinicians to deliver highly conservative restorations that were previously difficult to achieve using conventional methods.
The company’s training program is designed as a practical framework that clinicians can immediately apply in practice. It includes advanced diagnostics and treatment planning, digital workflows that enhance collaboration between labs and clinicians, and live patient demonstrations showcasing real-world applications of the MINISH methodology.
Building on its momentum in Asia, MINISH is now entering the U.S. market, where interest in minimally invasive and restorative dental solutions continues to grow. The company will host its next training program in California at the VITA North America Education Center from May 8 to May 10, offering continuing education credits to participating dentists.
Founded with a mission to extend dental longevity, MINISH Technology is positioning itself at the forefront of a shift toward “no-drill” restorative treatments. By using materials and techniques that mimic the structure and function of natural enamel, the company aims to redefine how dental restoration is performed globally.
