MiQ Acquires Adsmovil Latin America Business To Expand Programmatic Advertising Footprint

By Amit Chowdhry • Apr 2, 2026

MiQ, a global advertising technology company specializing in programmatic media solutions, announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire the Latin America business of Adsmovil, a digital advertising and data company focused on mobile-first audience segmentation and omnichannel execution. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition is aimed at significantly expanding MiQ’s presence across Latin America, strengthening its footprint in 12 markets including Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Peru, Puerto Rico, and Uruguay. The combined entity is expected to form the region’s largest independent programmatic solution for brands and agencies.

MiQ’s proprietary AI-powered operating system, Sigma, connects the advertising ecosystem through more than 700 trillion global signals, enabling advertisers to reach audiences across channels such as television, web, mobile, and in-store environments. The integration of Adsmovil’s capabilities, including retail media, mobile, and digital out-of-home offerings, will enhance MiQ’s ability to deliver full-funnel programmatic strategies across the region.

Adsmovil brings a strong first-party data footprint and regional expertise, along with platforms such as its retail media solution Linki and its audience data offering Personas. The acquisition will combine these assets with MiQ’s global scale and technology to create a unified platform for advertisers. The combined organization will include more than 150 employees across Latin America and provide access to over 400 million unique consumer IDs.

Following the close of the transaction, Adsmovil’s Latin America business will be integrated into MiQ and led by Eric Tourtel, CEO of Latin America. Adsmovil Founder and CEO Alberto “Banano” Pardo will remain involved as Chairman of MiQ Latin America and serve as an advisor to the combined company. He will also continue to operate Adsmovil’s U.S. business as a separate standalone entity, which is not included in the transaction.

The deal underscores MiQ’s strategy to deepen its investment in high-growth markets and expand its data-driven programmatic advertising capabilities globally, while providing enhanced solutions across mobile, retail media, connected TV, video, YouTube, and digital out-of-home channels.
