Mission Wealth, a registered investment advisory firm, said it has elevated eight leaders to its 2026 Partner Class, bringing the firm’s total partner group to 66. The firm said partners now represent roughly one-third of its personnel, positioning the move as a marker of continued growth and an emphasis on internal ownership and leadership continuity.

The newly named partners span multiple functions across the organization, including wealth advisory, investments, and marketing. Mission Wealth said the class reflects its view that strong client outcomes are tied to shared responsibility and talent development from within the firm.

The 2026 Partner Class includes Will Foley, Senior Wealth Advisor; Helena Gould, Marketing Director; Cole Haddock, Senior Wealth Advisor; Mark Herman, Senior Wealth Advisor; Kristi Kearney, Senior Wealth Advisor; Lisa Murphy, Senior Wealth Advisor; Jeremy Ragar, Senior Wealth Advisor; and Walter Rizo, Director of Investments.

Mission Wealth said its partnership model extends beyond individual performance, with partners expected to help mentor future leaders, contribute to strategy, and reinforce a collaborative, client-first culture. The firm said the internal ownership approach is intended to strengthen alignment, accountability, and long-term continuity for clients.

Founded in 2000, Mission Wealth provides financial planning and wealth management services, including investment management, tax strategy, estate coordination, and philanthropic planning, the company said.
