Mistplay has completed its acquisition of Connected Rewards from Mobivity Holdings Corp., finalizing a deal first announced in January 2026 and strengthening its position in the rewarded loyalty and gaming ecosystem.
With the transaction now closed, Connected Rewards will be integrated into Mistplay’s LoyaltyPlay platform. The combined offering is designed to deepen user engagement while enabling brands and advertisers to reach high-intent audiences through a unified loyalty solution that bridges digital gameplay and real-world commerce.
Connected Rewards allows users to earn tangible, real-world rewards through mobile gameplay, effectively converting digital engagement into in-store experiences and brand interactions. By combining this capability with LoyaltyPlay’s in-app engagement model, Mistplay aims to create a seamless loop between gaming activity and consumer spending behavior.
The integration is expected to help brands drive repeat customer behavior, increase foot traffic, and boost spending, while also expanding audience reach for advertisers within the gaming ecosystem. The move aligns with Mistplay’s broader strategy of building a network where gaming engagement translates into measurable outcomes for brand partners.
