Mitigata Raises $15 Million Series B To Build AI-Native Cyber Resilience Platform

Mitigata announced that it has raised $15 million in Series B funding to support its continued investment in product innovation, talent expansion, and market growth. The round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners India, with participation from Pankaj Mitra. Existing investors Nexus Venture Partners, Titan Capital, and WEH Ventures also participated in the round, continuing their support for the company’s long-term vision.

Mitigata said the new capital will help the company enter its next stage of growth as it continues building what it describes as India’s first AI-native full-stack cyber resilience platform.

The company plans to use the funding to bring its platform to more customers, industries, and markets while expanding its capabilities across cybersecurity, compliance, insurance, and security operations.

The financing comes at a time when organizations are facing a more complex cyber risk environment. Companies are dealing with rising attack volumes, stricter regulatory requirements, growing operational dependencies on digital infrastructure, and a greater need to connect security strategy with business resilience.

Mitigata’s platform is designed to help organizations address these challenges through a full-stack approach. Rather than focusing only on one part of the cybersecurity lifecycle, the company’s platform is designed to help businesses improve resilience across prevention, response, compliance, risk management, and insurance readiness.

The company said the platform’s AI-native architecture is designed to help customers move faster, identify risks more effectively, and manage cyber resilience more effectively. This approach is especially relevant as businesses increasingly seek tools that reduce complexity and provide leadership teams with clearer visibility into their cybersecurity posture.

Mitigata said the Series B funding represents more than new capital. The company described the round as a reflection of investor confidence in the size of the cyber resilience opportunity, the importance of the category, and the strength of the team building the platform.

The company also said the investment will allow it to continue hiring across key functions, deepen its product roadmap, and scale its go-to-market efforts.

With support from both new and existing investors, Mitigata aims to strengthen its position as a category-building company in cyber resilience and expand adoption of its platform among organizations seeking a more comprehensive way to manage cyber risk.

The company said its next phase will focus on helping customers build stronger defenses, improve response readiness, meet compliance expectations, and operate with greater confidence in an increasingly uncertain threat landscape.
