Mobile Communications America announced that it has acquired Radio Communications Systems, a Premier Motorola Solutions Channel Partner serving Kentucky and Indiana. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition strengthens MCA’s presence across the Midwest, particularly in southern Indiana and Kentucky. Radio Communications Systems brings two established solution centers in Louisville, Kentucky, and more than 70 years of regional experience.

Through the combination, customers across Kentucky and Southern Indiana will gain access to a broader portfolio of integrated solutions. These include advanced data and network infrastructure, expanded security offerings such as access control and video surveillance, and a wider regional service network.

MCA said the acquisition supports its Service-First commitment and broader Midwest growth strategy. The company is continuing to expand resources, technical expertise, and local support for customers across the region.

Mobile Communications America is a national provider of wireless communication, data, and security solutions. The company serves more than 65,000 customers nationwide across public safety, commercial, education, healthcare, utilities, and government sectors.

MCA’s solutions include two-way radios, network infrastructure, access control, and video surveillance. The company said these systems are designed to support safety, operational efficiency, and reliable communications in demanding environments.
