MobileX has appointed Raju Datla as Chief Financial Officer as the wireless company expands distribution and invests in the technology supporting its customizable mobile service.
Datla brings more than 25 years of experience spanning technology, finance, telecommunications, digital infrastructure, and capital markets.
He most recently served as CFO of RedCloud Holdings, where he led finance, capital markets, and the financial execution of the company’s global expansion.
Datla previously served as Chief Strategy Officer at Tillman Fiber and was CFO and co-founder of NxtGen Datacenter & Cloud Technologies.
Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking at Deutsche Bank, advising technology, media and telecommunications companies on more than $12 billion in M&A, debt and equity transactions.
At MobileX, Datla will work with founder and CEO Peter Adderton and the leadership team on the company’s business plan, financing strategy, strategic partnerships and broader growth initiatives.
Datla holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from St. Mary’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University.
MobileX uses artificial intelligence to predict customers’ data usage and tailor wireless plans around their expected needs.
