Modern Pest Services, a pest and termite control provider owned by Anticimex, has acquired Envirocare Pest Control, a full-service pest and termite control business serving residential and commercial customers across western Connecticut.
Envirocare was founded in 1998 by David Bisaillon and is based in Watertown, Connecticut. The company has operated in the region for more than 25 years and employs more than 20 service professionals. Under the leadership of Bisaillon and his wife, Danielle, Envirocare grew into one of Connecticut’s largest privately owned pest control operations.
Envirocare is QualityPro accredited and holds memberships in the National Pest Management Association and the Connecticut Pest Control Association. With the transaction, Envirocare’s team will join Modern Pest Services, adding capacity and strengthening Modern’s presence in Connecticut.
The Aust Group served as Envirocare’s exclusive financial advisor on the deal. The transaction closed on October 5, 2025, and financial terms were not disclosed.
