MONTICELLOAM Provides $195.7 Million Financing For 7-Property Skilled Nursing Portfolio

MONTICELLOAM and its affiliates have provided $195.7 million in bridge, mezzanine, and working capital financing for a seven-property skilled nursing portfolio spanning Virginia and Indiana.

The financing was provided to a repeat MONTICELLOAM client.

Of the total, $184.7 million consists of bridge and mezzanine loans that will support the refinancing of three skilled nursing communities in Virginia and the acquisition of four skilled nursing communities in Indiana.

An additional $11 million working capital line of credit will support day-to-day operating expenses across the portfolio.

The seven facilities collectively contain more than 900 skilled nursing beds.

The financing structure gives the sponsor acquisition capital, refinancing proceeds, and working capital through a single broader transaction.

MONTICELLOAM specializes in financing for senior housing and multifamily properties and provides bridge, working capital, and permanent financing solutions across the U.S.

The platform was founded in 2014 by Alan Litt, Thomas Lally and Jonathan Litt.
