Morgan Lewis Hires Benjamin Davis To Expand Miami Presence

Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP announced the continued expansion of its global labor and employment practice with the addition of Benjamin C. Davis as a partner in its Miami office. Davis joins the firm from Baker McKenzie and brings significant experience representing employers in complex employment and commercial disputes.

Davis focuses on high-stakes litigation across state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings. His work spans a wide range of employment-related claims, including those under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Florida Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act. In addition to litigation, he advises clients on restrictive covenant disputes, regulatory and internal investigations, compliance matters, and broader risk mitigation strategies.

His experience also includes handling business torts, corporate fraud and misconduct cases, RICO claims, asset recovery disputes, and insolvency-related litigation. He has been involved in cross-border disputes and international arbitration, further strengthening the firm’s capabilities in handling complex, multinational matters.

Davis’s arrival follows a series of recent additions to Morgan Lewis’s labor and employment practice globally, including hires in London, Washington, DC, and Los Angeles, reflecting the firm’s continued investment in expanding its capabilities to meet growing client demand.
