In the newly created role, Ellis will lead Morgan Properties’ investor relations function and serve as a primary point of contact for its investment partners.
Her responsibilities will include strengthening communications and reporting while developing the processes and systems needed to support relationships with institutional investors as the company continues expanding.
Ellis will also oversee Morgan Properties’ public relations and corporate brand functions, giving her responsibility for how the company’s strategy, performance, and broader corporate story are communicated across multiple audiences.
The appointment reflects the increasing scale and complexity of Morgan Properties’ investment platform and joint venture relationships.

Her experience includes managing institutional relationships, leading investor communications and reporting, and collaborating with investment, finance, legal, and operations teams.
She has also previously built an investor relations function from the ground up, giving her experience developing the systems and operating processes required to support institutional investors.
At Morgan Properties, Ellis plans to initially focus on understanding the individual priorities and expectations of the company’s investment partners.
She will also work to strengthen the consistency and transparency of reporting and communications across those relationships.
