Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing Acquires Five-Property French Logistics Portfolio

Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing has acquired a portfolio of five logistics properties in France through investment funds managed by the firm.

The fully leased portfolio contains approximately 160,000 square meters of space across established logistics markets in Paris, Lille, Bordeaux, Nîmes and Tours.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Morgan Stanley plans to implement an active asset management strategy intended to improve the properties’ long-term value and support their tenants’ operations.

FIRE Asset Management will serve as the portfolio’s operating partner.

Logistics properties include warehouses and distribution facilities used to store, process and transport goods. Demand is generally supported by ecommerce, supply chain modernization and companies seeking facilities near major population and transportation centers.

Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing manages approximately $58 billion in gross property assets globally. The business pursues value-add, opportunistic, core and core-plus real estate strategies.

Its parent organization, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, had approximately $2 trillion in assets under management or supervision as of June 30, 2026.
