Moritt Hock & Hamroff announced the expansion of its South Florida presence, doubling the size of its Plantation office as part of its continued growth in the region.
The firm expanded its footprint at its main Florida office at 8151 Peters Road and continues to operate additional locations in Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton. The move reflects sustained demand from clients across banking, finance, and commercial real estate sectors.
As part of the expansion, the firm added two attorneys to strengthen its regional capabilities. David A. Blansky joins as counsel in the Litigation and Creditors’ Rights, Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice groups, while Justin Beardsley joins as an associate in the Secured Lending and Finance group.
Blansky focuses on restructuring, creditors’ rights, and commercial litigation, representing trustees, fiduciaries, creditors, and debtors in complex disputes. Beardsley brings experience advising institutional and private lenders and borrowers across a range of secured lending transactions, including corporate finance and commercial real estate deals.
The firm said the additions align with its strategy of measured growth in key practice areas while deepening its ability to serve evolving client needs in the Florida market.
The office expansion was supported by JLL, with brokers Ken Morris and Brady Titcomb representing the firm in the lease transaction.
