Mosai, a healthcare technology company focused on enabling coordinated care in the home, has appointed Lani Williams as chief people officer and Stephen Snook as chief revenue officer as it expands its leadership team to support growth across the post-acute care market.
The company said the leadership additions are aimed at strengthening its operational scale, organizational culture and go-to-market strategy as demand grows for technology that improves coordination across home-based care providers.
Williams will oversee Mosai’s people and culture strategy, including leadership development, organizational effectiveness and talent initiatives. She will work closely with the executive team to align workforce strategy with the company’s business goals as it continues expanding its platform.
Before joining Mosai, Williams served as chief people officer at Honest Health, Advise Health and Bloom Insurance. Earlier in her career, she was vice president of human resources at naviHealth, where she helped guide the company through rapid expansion and its acquisition by UnitedHealth Group’s Optum unit.
Snook will lead Mosai’s go-to-market organization, including sales, marketing, revenue operations and partnerships, with a focus on accelerating growth and expanding the company’s market reach. He previously served as chief revenue officer at Relias, where he led revenue strategy and growth initiatives.
Mosai CEO Elliott Wood said the hires bring extensive healthcare and high-growth company experience that will help advance the company’s mission of enabling intelligent, connected care delivered in the home.
Mosai provides a connected platform that combines interoperability, predictive analytics, workflow automation, and secure communication to help home-based care providers coordinate patient care, manage transitions, and improve outcomes. The company says its technology supports more than 1,000 providers nationwide.
