Moss has raised €30 million in Series C funding led by Portage and Cherry Ventures, with the European financial technology company saying the financing has established it as a unicorn. The funding will support Moss as it expands beyond spend management and builds a broader Finance AI product suite.
Moss plans to enable customers to configure AI agents for different finance functions while retaining visibility and control over the steps and decisions those agents make.
The company currently serves more than 5,000 businesses across Germany, the U.K., the Netherlands, and Austria and generates more than €70 million in annual recurring revenue.
Its existing AI agents help customers code more than 2 million transactions each month, automating financial administration that would otherwise require manual work.
The Series C represents an opportunity for Moss to expand its product strategy from individual finance automation tools toward agentic workflows capable of handling broader finance jobs.
The company plans to continue using AI to reduce repetitive work while giving finance teams control over approvals and financial decisions.
