Mozark announced it has raised $40 million in a Series B funding round to expand its global platform for real-world digital experience testing and measurement. The round was led by IFC (International Finance Corporation) and RMB Capitalworks, with continued participation from Kalaari Capital.

The company, headquartered in Singapore, develops technology that measures digital performance across devices, networks, and geographic regions without collecting user data. Mozark’s platform focuses on testing the real-world performance of digital services to identify infrastructure and application issues before they affect end users.

The new funding will support Mozark’s international expansion and potential strategic acquisitions. The company also plans to deepen testing capabilities across the AI-native digital stack, including applications, networks, and AI infrastructure.

Mozark’s platform runs automated real-world tests of critical user journeys across live devices and networks. These tests generate synthetic telemetry that helps organizations detect performance issues across the entire technology stack, including applications, AI systems, data centers, networks, hardware, and power infrastructure.

According to the company, uneven digital performance across regions and networks continues to create a “digital quality divide,” limiting the adoption and reliability of digital services. Mozark aims to address this challenge by providing organizations with transparent measurement tools that improve the reliability and accountability of digital systems.

The company says its technology is particularly relevant for emerging markets, where inconsistent digital performance can affect access to essential services such as payments, healthcare, education, and government platforms.

Mozark currently serves more than 50 enterprise and government customers across 20+ countries, including regulators, telecommunications providers, financial institutions, and digital-native organizations. Its testing network runs simultaneously across thousands of live devices and has conducted more than 25 million tests to date.

The company also plans to accelerate the commercialization of its agent-to-agent communication testing platform, which is designed to support next-generation digital interactions as AI-driven systems become more widespread.

KEY QUOTES:

“AI is accelerating digital services everywhere, but experience quality remains disparate and unreliable and that directly impacts the broader digital divide. Mozark enables organizations to measure and improve service performance in real-world conditions, detect gaps early, and ensure reliable digital experiences at scale. While AI has revolutionized coding, testing remains constrained by physical infrastructure limitations, creating a critical bottleneck in the DevOps lifecycle. Mozark addresses this gap by enabling agentic tester deployments at scale, allowing organizations to validate real-world performance reliably. With this funding, we will accelerate commercialization of our agent-to-agent communication testing platform, which will underpin the next generation of digital interaction.”

Kartik Raja and Fabien Renaudineau, Founders and Co-CEOs of Mozark; Chandra Ramamoorthy, Founder and Chief Product Officer of Mozark

“Reliable digital infrastructure is critical to productivity, inclusion, and growth in emerging markets. By strengthening the performance and reliability of the applications and networks that underpin essential services, our investment in Mozark will support innovation, skilled job creation, and broader access to digital services, helping emerging markets not only consume, but increasingly build and scale, digital solutions.”

Farid Fezoua, Director for Equity, Funds and Venture Capital at International Finance Corporation (IFC)

“We are very excited to join this journey of Mozark whose Agentic AI lead platform solves critical problems of Enterprises and Regulators in the App Testing and Observability domain globally. We believe this round of funding will allow Mozark to expand its Enterprise base globally, build durable long term global partnerships and most importantly continue to invest in cutting-edge R&D, ensuring long term competitive advantage for the business.”

Robert Oudhof, Director of RMB Capitalworks

“We have been long-term partners to Mozark and continue to have strong conviction in the company’s strategy and execution. The team has consistently anticipated where digital systems are headed, and we believe Mozark is well positioned for its next phase of global growth.”
