mPulse Buying Clarity Software Solutions To Enhance Health Engagement Platform

mPulse, a leading provider of Health Experience and Insights (HXI) technology, has announced the acquisition of Clarity Software Solutions, a specialist in health communications technology focused on personalized, cross-channel member engagement. The deal, backed by PSG and other existing mPulse investors, marks a strategic expansion of mPulse’s AI-based health engagement capabilities.

By integrating Clarity’s communication platform, mPulse aims to deliver a comprehensive 360-degree view of the member journey, powered by predictive analytics, omnichannel engagement, and AI-driven orchestration. Together, the companies support over 450 healthcare organizations, including more than 50 of the 60 largest health plans and 80% of top-rated Medicare Advantage plans.

mPulse currently facilitates over 4 billion consumer transactions annually, while Clarity contributes data from 150 million member communications, enhancing the depth and precision of mPulse’s HXI ecosystem. The combined platform enables health plans to proactively identify gaps, optimize member journeys, and drive measurable outcomes.

As part of the integration, Steve Mongelli, CEO of Clarity, will assume the role of President at mPulse, overseeing key functions across product, innovation, and operations.
