Vouch, a hiring platform for creators, announced an acquisition by MrBeast. Launched by four-time creator economy founder Marty Pesis, the company has created a network matching 35,000+ candidates with hundreds of jobs from top creators such as Yes Theory, Jesser, Stokes Twins, Safiya Nygaard, Danny Duncan, AMP, etc. MrBeast plans to use Vouch for supercharging internal hiring efforts before continuing to scale it externally.
After joining Cameo as the fifth employee and spending many years scaling their marketing and B2B efforts, Pesis realized how challenging it is for creators to find and hire top talent. And Pesis left the company to create Vouch, an all-in-one hiring platform solving the unique problems that creators face when building their teams. Then he enlisted the help of Patrick Dudek, another former Cameo employee and content creator to scale the talent community and platform.
The key features of Vouch include:
-Candidate profiles enabling top talent to be discovered
-AI-powered recommendations to match candidates with creators
-Application tools for creators for launching customizable and targeted job posts
-Careers pages and job boards for creators to showcase their team
This acquisition was for an undisclosed amount.
