Mubadala Capital To Acquire Majority Stake In Arrive Logistics As Network Reaches 5,500 Customers And 10,000 Carriers

Mubadala Capital has agreed to acquire a majority equity interest in Arrive Logistics, backing the North American truckload brokerage as it expands its services, technology platform and workforce. Existing investors ATL Partners, Lead Edge Capital and other shareholders will retain meaningful stakes in Arrive.

The company’s management team is also rolling significant equity into the transaction, maintaining ownership alongside Mubadala Capital.

Founded in 2014, Arrive has grown into one of North America’s largest truckload brokerages.

The Austin-based company moves freight across the U.S., Canada and Mexico for more than 5,500 customers, including Fortune 500 companies, while maintaining a network of more than 10,000 core carriers.

Arrive has more than 2,000 employees across 10 North American locations and has received service recognition from more than 50 enterprise shippers during the past three years.

Mubadala’s investment is expected to support expansion across service offerings, hiring and technology.

A major component of Arrive’s technology strategy is ARRIVEnow, its proprietary transportation management system.

ARRIVEnow automates workflows across the lifecycle of a freight load while maintaining human interactions with shippers and carriers.

Existing investor Lead Edge Capital highlighted artificial intelligence as an important opportunity for Arrive, citing the combination of the company’s proprietary data, technology platform and workforce.

The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary conditions.

J.P. Morgan is advising Mubadala Capital, while BofA Securities is serving as Arrive’s exclusive financial and capital markets advisor.
