Mueon Corporation has raised $65 million in Series A funding to scale its Cubelets Exponential Computing Platform for AI and hyperscale infrastructure. Maverick Silicon led the round, with participation from Intel Capital, Geodesic Capital, Oregon Venture Fund, M-Ventures, Wellington Management, IQT and Defined. The financing follows a $15.5 million seed round announced in 2025 and brings Mueon’s total capital raised to more than $80 million.
Mueon plans to use the new funding to expand its engineering and operations teams, move Cubelets from platform development toward broader system validation and production readiness, and deepen customer engagements.
Cubelets are modular, three-dimensional compute and memory building blocks designed to integrate compute, memory, interconnect, power delivery and thermal management at the system level. Mueon says the architecture is intended to reduce the physical distance data must travel and lower the power cost of moving data without reproducing the physical sprawl of traditional server racks.
Since its seed round, Mueon has expanded development across four areas: silicon and system architecture, advanced integration, software and system orchestration, and ecosystem validation. The company is working on packaging, power-delivery and thermal approaches for higher compute density while building software designed to make the modular hardware usable through familiar AI frameworks and deployment workflows.
Mueon is targeting up to 10x gains in power and cost efficiency within the same rack footprint, with an architecture designed to scale toward megawatt-class density as AI infrastructure demand grows. The company is also collaborating with technology and industry partners as it works to reduce technical risk ahead of production.
As part of the financing, Maverick Silicon Senior Managing Director Manish Muthal will join Mueon’s board alongside Intel Capital Managing Director Srini Ananth. Mueon is headquartered in Portland, Oregon.
KEY QUOTES:
“This financing gives us the scale to bring the next generation of compute and memory system-scale integration to market. Mueon’s architecture is built to move past today’s rack-level constraints and deliver the kind of density the rest of the industry is only beginning to chart a path toward.”
Wilfred Gomes, Co-Founder And CEO Of Mueon Corporation
“The Mueon team combines deep expertise in the technologies that define modern data centers with the experience to deploy those technologies at system scale.”
Manish Muthal, Senior Managing Director At Maverick Silicon
“Mueon is continuing to reimagine data-center design at the fundamental level. By bringing compute, memory, power delivery, and thermal management together into a single, integrated system, the team is building a path to scale AI infrastructure with better economics and efficiency, and this round reflects the engineering depth and ecosystem required to bring that vision to market.”
Srini Ananth, Managing Director At Intel Capital
