Myriad Venture Partners, an early-stage venture firm redefining enterprise innovation, has appointed Sarah Adams as Partner & Head of Platform. In this newly created role, Adams will scale the firm’s portfolio value-creation initiatives and strengthen Myriad’s corporate partner networks, reinforcing its model of connecting high-potential founders with Fortune 1000 enterprises.
Myriad is known for backing visionary founders building category-defining companies and for leveraging deep corporate relationships to help startups achieve commercial traction and scale efficiently. The Head of Platform role represents a key milestone in advancing the Myriad Model, which pairs early-stage capital with strategic enterprise partnerships designed to accelerate growth for founders while driving innovation for large organizations.
Based in New York, Adams will lead Myriad’s platform strategy, cultivating relationships across the ecosystem and supporting portfolio founders in go-to-market strategy, talent development, and corporate engagement. Her appointment comes as AI, infrastructure, and enterprise software undergo rapid transformation, reshaping how global businesses operate and compete.
Adams brings over 15 years of experience at the intersection of venture capital, private equity, and enterprise technology. She founded Cribstone Ventures, an angel investment platform focused on AI, cloud, and enterprise software. She previously served as Principal at Consello, advising Fortune 500 leaders on strategic M&A, including Cisco’s $28 billion acquisition of Splunk.
Earlier in her career, Adams built and scaled Microsoft’s first operating group for private equity and venture strategy, advising portfolio companies of leading funds on growth and cloud transformation. She also held roles at Goldman Sachs, JLL Partners, and Duke Capital Partners, and began her career as an operator at an enterprise SaaS startup in China.
Adams holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BA in History and Economics from Bowdoin College.
