Myriad360 announced it has acquired Advizex Technologies, forming a scaled global AI and enterprise infrastructure platform representing more than $900 million in annual run-rate gross revenue. The transaction combines two technology solutions providers with complementary strengths across cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, artificial intelligence, data, and managed services.

Myriad360 is a global solutions and systems integrator focused on cybersecurity, modern infrastructure and networking, cloud, and artificial intelligence. Advizex Technologies is a nationally recognized technology solutions provider with expertise spanning hybrid infrastructure, data engineering, AI platforms, and managed services.

The combined organization expands technical depth, geographic reach, and managed services capabilities across the AI lifecycle, from AI-ready infrastructure and accelerated compute environments to data activation, platform integration, AI and machine learning operations, and long-term managed support. The acquisition comes as enterprise demand increases for AI-ready infrastructure, data platform modernization, and lifecycle managed services.

Advizex brings strong enterprise relationships, scaled managed services capabilities, and market presence in regions where Myriad360 previously had a limited footprint. Myriad360 provides expertise in infrastructure integration, networking, data center deployment, cybersecurity, and AI-ready environments. The companies said the integration is designed to preserve continuity in existing client relationships while expanding service breadth and scale.

The combined company expects the acquisition to strengthen recurring revenue opportunities across managed services, cloud, and AI-driven environments. It also aims to accelerate cross-selling initiatives, deepen enterprise engagement, and broaden lifecycle service delivery. Client relationship ownership and go-to-market execution are expected to remain consistent through 2026 as the companies develop a structured integration roadmap.

Advizex will operate as Advizex, a Myriad360 company, as the organizations prioritize operational stability, revenue growth, and collaborative integration planning. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
