N10 Holdings has announced its launch into independence, powered by Dynasty Financial Partners, with the simultaneous debut of two affiliated firms: N10° Wealth and N10° Assets. The Greenwich, Connecticut-based company is focused on serving high and ultra-high-net-worth clients including entrepreneurs, executives, closely held businesses, and other sophisticated professionals who require transparent, tax-efficient, and adaptable wealth and asset management solutions.
N10° Wealth expects to begin servicing more than $650 million of assets under advisement at launch, while N10° Assets expects $350 million to be invested in the continuation of its flagship Growth, Momentum, and Profitability stock strategy. The team also plans to list a 351 Exchange ETF on the New York Stock Exchange in late 2026. The N10 Holdings leadership team is led by Founder, Managing Director, and Chief Investment Officer Andrew Urbanski, who spent 19 years at leading Wall Street firms building a practice with custody of more than $750 million in assets. He is joined by partners Karo Lokmanyan as Chief Operations Officer, Lauren Urbanski as Chief Compliance and Administrative Officer, and Adam Urbanski as Chief Executive Officer of N10° Assets.
The firm’s name, pronounced “N-Ten,” was chosen for its connection to acoustics, where N10° measures how completely a surface receives sound — reflecting the team’s philosophy of listening deeply to clients, markets, and the signals of change. Andrew and the team’s corporate partners plan an aggressive acquisition strategy to consolidate portfolio manager talent and unlock value for the investing public through N10° Assets. Dynasty will provide both firms with wealth management technology, investment management capabilities, capital markets support, and business services, with SS&C Technologies providing additional trade execution and portfolio management technology.
