Nano Dimension has appointed Moshe Rozenbaum as Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. The company’s Board of Directors has also named Phillip Borenstein Chairman.
Rozenbaum will work with Nano Dimension’s board and leadership team to maintain business continuity while the company evaluates its strategic priorities and future opportunities. The board said his familiarity with the company, financial background and public-company leadership experience position him to guide Nano Dimension through the transition.
Rozenbaum previously served as Nano Dimension’s Vice President of Corporate Development. In that position, he led strategic initiatives and investor engagement.
His broader experience includes corporate strategy, governance, capital allocation, capital markets and shareholder communications. He currently serves on the Board of Directors and chairs the Audit Committee of Lifeward.
Earlier in his career, Rozenbaum served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Fluent Trade Technologies. He was also Head of Business Development at Yedid Capital Management.
Rozenbaum is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Touro University. As Interim CEO, he will focus on supporting Nano Dimension’s customers, partners, employees and shareholders while the board determines the company’s longer-term direction.
Borenstein joined Nano Dimension’s board in December 2025. He is a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Hamilton Equity Partners and the founder and a partner of Hamilton EQ Management, where he oversees mergers and acquisitions and portfolio management.
Nano Dimension has historically provided advanced digital manufacturing technologies to customers in the defense, aerospace, automotive, electronics and medical device industries.
