NASA selected 16 companies for Enterprise Logistics Support Services under new blanket purchase agreements with a combined potential value of $1.4 billion. The agreements are intended to standardize logistics requirements across the agency, improve reporting, and streamline the management of costs, property, equipment, and other resources.
Work covered under the agreements includes equipment and property management, transportation, disposal, product support, flight hardware support operations, maintenance and repair, export control, relocation activities, flight hardware, and other material purchases.
NASA awarded the agreements through the General Services Administration’s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus multiple-award vehicle.
The agency can use firm-fixed-price, time-and-materials, labor-hour, or hybrid contract structures depending on individual requirements.
The five-year base ordering period runs through September 30, 2031, followed by three optional one-year periods and a six-month extension option.
