Net at Work, a North American technology advisory and services provider focused on small and mid-sized businesses, has acquired BHE Consulting, a Boston-based ERP solutions firm with a 28-year operating history. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The deal strengthens Net at Work’s depth in Sage and Acumatica ERP implementations while expanding delivery capacity across several of its core industry verticals, including construction, manufacturing, and wholesale distribution. The companies positioned the combination as a cultural and strategic fit, pointing to long-standing familiarity between the teams and prior collaboration within the ERP partner ecosystem.
As part of the acquisition, BHE’s client-centric Sage solutions that are currently available through the channel marketplace are included and are expected to remain supported and enhanced going forward. Net at Work also emphasized that BHE clients will retain continuity with the teams they already work with while gaining access to a broader suite of complementary services, including cloud solutions, HCM, CRM, cybersecurity, and strategic AI integration.
BHE co-founders Greg Archambault and Russ Carey will remain with Net at Work after the transaction, supporting continuity for clients and employees and helping integrate BHE’s domain expertise into Net at Work’s broader portfolio. Net at Work framed the acquisition as a milestone that improves its ability to support organizations across the full lifecycle of ERP selection, implementation, optimization, and managed services.
